First of all, getting an AP at local office is only for REAL Emergency cases. Otherwise, they will not grant your application.

Doing it, you have to bring (1) an orginal copy and translated (certified) copy of your emergency documents, (2) your old AP (if you have), (3) your receipt of I-485, (4) your approval of I-140 (if you have), (5) your passport, (6) currently filled I-131, (7) 2 photos, (8) application fee (check, money order, or cash), (9) your air tickets (if you've already purchased).
