Thank you very much for reply. How do you think the switch from biomedical researcher to a clinical docotor?

One good thing in my case I have another I-140 (EB1a). In the worst case my 458 denied, I still able to use EB1a to renew my H1b. And in the future, I will come back to biomedical research for 485. That is why I am thinking to get H1b to be able to stay even my 485 denied.

What is your opinion?
