address and explain EB issue by recapturing unsued visas (both tempory & permanant) from previous fiscal years for an extra fee in your phone call. Since in the final bill the section 8001 is not about EB anymore. We do not want to support wrong stuff. Indian are calling like crazy, please let us do sth in chinese community.
