In US, when you get I797, you are done. For visa, you have to bring I797 and corresponding materials, but the chances are quite good. For normal cases, it is over 85%. Actually, I would suggest you go for the H1B directly, since a denial of OPT will leave a negative record; not to mention that you have to pay for the interview and schedule the second interview for a later time.
