回複：go ahead to do your FP

I understand no need to do FP because FP doesn't make sense without I485 pending. Because his I-140 is denied, so his I485 case is gone.

I submitted my I140/485 at the same time in Sep-05. I got I-140 approved letter. But I didn't do any FP. Without the FP, my I485 is still effective, in other words, still pending. Without I485 pending, the FP doesn't make sense.
