I got my AP one week after I saw the message that "On ****, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

Did you see this message early Nov? Which service center did you file your case? What is your RD and ND for AP?
If your RD is one month before the current process date of your service center for AP, you can call them to check.
