Can anyone confirm what does the message mean?

I also got the same message in my online status. In fact, I got the message in early Nov. But still havenot receive anything. However, I just noticed LUD on all my pending cases. (140, 485, 765 and 131....). tiger, please advice how long did it take you to recieve the approval after reading such message...
