急問手印問題

由於搬家,收到第二次按手印的通知沒能去,於是寫信要求改時間,後來沒有收到任何回音.4個月後的今天,收到一封移民局的信,說是要拒I-485,因為

"A serach of Service records shows that as of this date, applicant has failed to appear on her scheduled appointment and no fingerprinting was taken by her."

信裏還說:

In the absence of any evidence of good cause for your failure to appear for the fingerprint appointment, your application will be denied.

If the applicant believes that the intended grounds of denial can be oversome and wishes to continue with the application to adjust status, please submit evidence that, indeed, applicant has had her fingerprints taken, or she was rescheduled for a later date.
