May be.
But you will need to have an interview with a USCIS officer at the local office.
Make sure you do some preparation before you go to that interview. Maybe you need to discuss with your lawyer
about some possible questions that officer may ask you.

Usually, if you pass the interview, the officer will approve your GC at the end of the interview.
