1. Your lawyer made a very serious mistake. The OFFER WAGE should never lower than PREVAILING WAGE. I think you should apearl and prove that it's the human mistake. How? Provide all the documents which include the offer wage such as notice of filing, job order and etc..

2. If all the requirements (ads) are still within 6 months, you can consider to refile again.

3. Always check the draft of the application before your lawyer submit it.
