Actually i called USCIS twice and asked them to send me the letter, but almost two months passed, i don't have the letter until now. i called my attorney several times every day, but he did not respond to my call. I have paid the full service fee. He should repond to the letter for me. he is a professor in a university. You think i can respond to letter by myself if he forward the USCIS letter to me. Actually, for the REF,it is very small work. It is easy to do it. thanks again
