求母親來美申請visa的程序及所需文件-上海申請

I am currently pregnant. Want to ask my mother to come to US. But don't have experience how to help her to apply visa. It seems all the non-business visa need to go through 中信實業銀行.

Anyone here could give me some help for the procedure and document I need to prepare.
