J-2 485 questions

I currently have J-2 visa and am working in a company with EAD attached to J-2. My wife and I filed I-485, I-131 (AP) and EAD this September and I got my AP and EAD this month. My wife is in the process of her J-1 waiver. Due to the nature of my work, I have to go back to China next January, so my questions are:


1) Since we are in the middle of J visa waiver, I don’t have other visa than J-2. Will this cause problem if I enter the states’ custom with AP without a visa?

2) I am using J-2 attached EAD now, and wondering which EAD (485 EAD or J-2 EAD) I should use after I come back here next year? Without J waiver complete, do I allowed to use 485 attached EAD?
