Thank you so much for your great idea. How do I check the appealed cases from uscis website?

My background:

I have a master in China. I got my Ph.D in Cancer research. in May 2004 in a small university in USA. Two publications in USA with 15 citations, 5 publications in China. 10 recommendation letters and another 10 letters for RFE and no awards. Letters are from professors all over US and 1 form China.
