I noticed the LUD on my I-485 today also. But there is no LUD on I-140. My FP is scheduled on 12/02/05.

VSC, NIW, submitted on 09/23, RD 10/05, FP 12/02. LUD on I-485 11/30/05.

There was a previous post saying that LUD on both I-140 and I-485 at the same time is not a good sign. Let's hope we have good luck this time. Take care.
