I filed my NIW to NSC at the end of September and my I-140 needs additional evidence. After my I-140 is approved, I want to move to LA and do the same kind of research work.

-- So you case was approved at NSC, and now your case is at CSC after you changed your address.

-- If you are in the new postion now (TSC), you can send your new address to CSC. Otherwise, wait till you arrive your new position.

-- TSC would require additional information for I-485 if they think it is necessary. No need to send now.
