Thank you for your input.Actually I have discussed with my current lawyer and another famous lawyer in Oklahoma. Both of them said I can send another I-140 NIW. But they refused to supply more details unless I sign contracts with them.To save money,I want to do it myself.But I don't know if I need to mention my current petition and include current I-140/I-485 receipts in my second petition. Any suggestions are appreciated.
