Don’t worry. My parents recently received B2 visa from U.S. Consulate, and they were both granted to enter once within the next 3 months. This is their 3rd visit and they received multiple entries stamp before, not this time though for some reason. If your mom will enter the states before the visa expiration date, you don’t need to worry about anything. As far as how long she will be allowed to stay, it depends on how long the custom officer will note on her passport when she arrives. Usually it’s either 3 months or 6 months stay. Good luck!
