Urgent question about second I-140 NIW?

I have sent the cocurrent I-140/I-485 to CSC at the end of September. Now I have moved to Oklahoma.I am preparing to send another I-140 NIW to TSC.Could someone tell me whether it is a duplicate filing or an original filing? Do I need to mention my first filing at CSC and include the copies of receipts from the first filing? Thank you very much for your response!
