I went to check the old mailbox, and it was not there.
I asked the mailman to put my mails to my next door friend's mailbox, and I received two fingerprint notice from there.
I started receiving the forwarding mails a week after I moved.

Is it possible that the INS never mailed out the approval notice, or the online notice (case approved) was wrong?

Is it normal that the representative cannot see my case status? Thanks,
