真誠請教：關於工卡替換

原來說的LC不能替換，加上得到有效LC後，45天內遞交I140...


這次法案的通過，是說明上述的兩個東西已經開始實行了麽？我的律師給我的郵件如此寫道：

The DOL has already published the draft rules prohibiting subsitution of LC and I-140 must be filed within 45 days of approval of LC. It has not yet become final yet. But may become final at any time.

我現在正在打算替換一個批準的LC，希望各位大蝦指明路！
