I had "公務護照 ", so when i renew it , they took the old one back. They didn't allow me to keep the old one.

Since I got a Voluntary Departure from the US immigrant court on Nov 16, 2005, i am so worry about there will be a problem when I go to US consulate in vancouver to get my H4 visa?
