How will take to get news for I-140 after get EAD, NSC

I get the email to ask for more information for EAD, can anybody tell me which information will be need for EAD, and how long will take to get the news for I-140. As my understanding, the officer starts to look my case, am I right. I-140/I-485 sent on Sept. 28, ND Oct. 7. Thanks.
