I understand you because I had the same situation when I start to consider I-140 petition. But finally my lawyer is a chinese. Her package includes everything like 140, 485, 765(EAD) and AP, totally legal fee is $3800. My NIW 140/485 were submitted on Sept 27, got Recipt Notice on Oct 05, and I-140 approved on Nov. 01.
