Feb, 2003: second letter ask additional doc and interview waived, tell to take medical exam after 6 months
Aug, 2003: third letter ask to take medical exam
Sep, 2003: took medical exam

This week got a phone call from buffolo, said they send out a letter ask for passport to finalize the process.

I didnot call or fax to them during the process.
