11/9/05 485 被EMAIL LUD了三次. 今天收到信:

Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the INS office... That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application. Further inquires should be made to that office.

1. 這意味著什麽? 從以前貼子看, 似乎不好?
2. 我要在升檔期間回國, 可否提前給LOCAL OFFICE打電話預約?
