I did submit the papers and citations. However, I am the 3rd or 4th author on all of the papers. The papers are published within the last two years, so only have a few citations. Since I enabled the email notifications from the online status checking website, I got an email about the RFE.

The officer is 001, the director of the center. Not sure how tough he is. Anyone got RFE from him?
