If ur lawyer did go through your final mailed out package and the most important thing is that he/she put name on the I140 and 485, that means a contract which both u and ur lawyer agree with. In my understanding, your lawyer is 100% sure he/she can get the left payment by all means legally. Otherwise, how all these immigration lawyer can get the left payment?
