Who submitted the case (140 and/or 485), you or your lawyer?

Did you sign G28 forms for both your 140 and 485?

If you did, then nothing you can do. just pay your money.

If you did not sign G28 form for your 485, your lawyer can not do anything to your 485. Then you can negotiate to pay less or nothing to him.
