Thank you very much for your quick response. What is the key point of residence requirement of canada? Is it similar to US PR who must stay in US more than half a year within 365 days?

Regarding the second cycle of H1 visa,where can I find the official regulation or announcement because some people say H1 visa is only once per person in their life. Again, thanks a lot!
