H1 cannot be full-time student, you must get F1 instead.
1.No, you must be physically present in Canada for 3 years within a 4-year period for citizenship. Meanwhile you must fulfill residency requirement to keep legal PR status.
2.You must leave US for at least one year before you can get another 6-year cycle of H1b, citizenship of any country doesn't matter.
