not wise to link a budget cut bill with immigration provision. I am deeply skeptical of what immigration provision many survive during the conference. When the senate passed the bill last week, all demoncrats vote against it. It appears that same thing will repeat in the house. Such a bad sentiment makes it hard to introduce any immigration amendment to the bill.
