I have to say that the chances are low that I can work for the new company in Oregon since all the existing employee here will be terminated by old company and they have to re-apply for the available positions of the new joint-venture. My area is totally irrelevent to the joint-venture business since I am still working for the corporate. Does the HI-B have to be specific to location? How many days shall I have to work in California if I re-file my HI-B for the California location? Thank you so much!
