H1-b transfer

Dear friends of wenxuecity:

I have a question about H1-b transfer, wonder if anyone had similar situations before?

I am considering transferring my current job to a new job. The only problem I have, is that I don't have the pay stubs from my current job. Can I still make the transfer? I heard stories about how some people managed to do it and I am wondering if anyone had done so before?
