I 140 approved in NSC through EB1

Just got email notice. The following is my information:
sent:9/29/05
received:9/30/05
cashed:10/17/05
approved:11/8/05

Considering my poor background and rush submission in 5 days, I am thinking how to prepare my REF. Yes, I didn't even know what is standed for EB1 or EB2 until 9/24/05. I am a Chinese MD &MS. 2 international awards, 1 National award.4 English papers. I didn't add my Chinese papers in (no time), Citation:~20, Letter: 6 (4 from our university, 2 outside)
