If this was the case, I had nothin to say. But that was not the case. She just graduated three months ago. The main reason she submitted the application was before 10/1. She has no major publications, and no citations. Even surprising was her recommendation was a photo copy, not the original one. Her I-485 has also been approved. That's the only case I heard so far.
