回複：移民加拿大用的Police Certificates

When I submitted my application, I used a notarized certificate instead of a police certificate from China obtained 3-4 years ago. I received my second letter a couple of months ago and I was asked to update the police certificate from USA only.

This is my case only and things might change over time. But I think you will be fine if you use a notarized certificate for your record in China.
