FP is only needed for E-fili

E-filing, which is I just find out. If you sent your packet along with other petitions, you do not need to call and make the appointment for FP. Just wait. They can send you a card without FP. (My hu*****and got his EAD this way). I sent my a few months later and decided to try E-filing. I found out later that I had to do FP. That is the different between E-filing (online) and traditional petition.
