Be patient!
We have to wait, I think delayed replay doesn`t mean denial because there is no rule in different CIS centers, even in the same center like NSC, there is no rule. I heard here many times that approval gets earlier notice, but I also heard that very long wait also gets approval in a few cases.
What do you think?
