I-140 Approval Notice 發錯人了？

九月底遞的申請，10月26日接到EMAIL通知說I-140批了。然後上網差CASE STATUS 也說APPROVE了。可是今天接到TSC寄來的NOTICE一看卻說我是NIW-PHSICIAN的CASE。我的專業跟PHYSICIAN毫無關係，我申請的是普通的NIW。NOTICE上的CASE # ， 名字， 和
Section 都對 （Indiv w/ Adv Deg or Exceptional Ability in the National Interest）。你說這到底是怎麽回事呢？
A)我的案子是批了，可是APPROVAL NOTICE 上寫了別人的信息？還是
B)別人的案子批了，錯發了APPROVAL NOTICE給我？
不知道有沒有人碰到過這種情況，請不吝指點。多謝!

APPROVAL NOTICE 全文如下：

"The above petition for a NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVER - PHYSICIAN (NIW PHYSICIAN) has been approved. The person this petition is for will be notified separately when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application. Pursuant to 8 CFR 203 (b) (2), the Form I-485, cannot be adjudicated until the application completes 3 or 5 (whichever is applicable) years of employment in an underserved area.

The approval of this visa petition does not in itself grant any immigration status and does not guarantee that the alien beneficiary will subsequently be found to be eligible for a visa, for admission to the Unites States, or for an extension, change, or adjustment of status."
