回複：Call USCIS

I just called USCIS and they asked me submit I824 (Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition). But I read the instructions of this form and it said that you can only submit I824 if your original application is still in effect. My parents has come back to China 4 years ago. I do not think their application 4 years ago will be still in effect. Do you have experience on it? Thanks a lot.
