NSC NIW 140 Approval

Has been a silent reader since mid-Sep. Learned a lot from here. Hope this information can be of any use to our fellow NSC NIW petitioners.

Concurrent filing with I485. Sent 9/28; RD 9/29; ND 10/12; LUD changed 10/13, 10/31, and today; Received email notification of approval in the afternoon.

Background: Postdoc in OK university. Ph.D. in ME. 11 publications; 7 supporting letters (6 from university, one from national lab). Total citation ~90. Filed with lawyer’s help.

NSC is processing I140 in full speed. From various immigration forums, I noticed approved 140 cases with notice date on 10/11, 10/07, 10/01 in the past week. There was a theory--- if you saw two LUDs on your I140 in consecutive working days, your case will be approved shortly. At least that seems to be true for my case. Good Luck to everyone.
