On the same boat with you. I think the "security check" is same as "background check". But I have a question:

What is diffrence between "name check" and "security check"? I know that FBI do "name check" but I do not know who do "security check"? FBI or DOS?

Any answer will be highly appreciated!

"finger prints code 3" is not same thing as "security check", "background check", "name check".
