you can submit another 140

you can submit another I140 application under NIW now. Once it's approved, you can transfer your EB-1A 485 to NIW category.
The problem is, if your 140 under EB-1A is denied, 485 attached to it will be invalid as well.
So, prepare another I140 for NIW asap. Response cureeent RFE. Hopefully, your new 140 can be approved before the possibility of getting denied on your RFE 140
