question for EAD filing

Hi All,
My I-140 have approved,and I-485 is filed on May, 2005. I want to file my EDA application by myself.
In the I-765 form, It is shown that "File your EAD application with a copy of the receipt notice or other evidence that your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, is pending". If that, can I just send my I-485 recipt notice to them in addition to photos, fee and I-94?
