dude, dont you know cut-off date, if your 485 not getting approved before Oct 1st, you have to wait till your PD become available, so right now if your PD is prior to cut-off date which is Jan, 2000, you have to wait, you filed 140 Oct, 2004, that mean your PD is Oct, 2004. now you have to wait till your PD become available
