I started to prepare my case in August 13. But after Sept. 15, my lawer have no time to take care of my case. So I wrote the cover letter. Maybe I miss some important points, I don't know. According to my background when I first met the lawyer, he said I have great chance to win. But you are right maybe the INS didn't even look at my material before give me the ITD.
If it's just a RFE letter, the situation may be better.
Collect more indepentent letters really can solve the problem?
