I understand your feeling since I got Intent to deny in March, NIW, TSC. One of my friends also got same thing. I submitted 6 letters, 4 of which are independent letters including one from NIH. Independent letters and federal goverment letters are very important. I got I140 approved 2 weeks after my lawyer submitted my packages. Now my I485 got approved too. One of my friends who got intent to deny also got I140 approved. For my understanding, you just treat intent to deny as REF, more serious, of course. Don't be panic. I am sure you will be fine. BTW, my lawyer is Augusine Huang in Zhang Associates. He did a great job in my case.
