my situation

My case was well prepared before Oct 1 deadline. and my lawyer told me it is better than most of his case submitted recently which have been approved. He believed that I just caught bad luck. He never expect my case got ITD.
it seems that INS didn't even look at my materials to give me ITD. But now it is not time to argue. So we are writing up petition letter, asking for independent letters. Now it is almost ready, just waiting for my lawyer to finalize my petition letter, getting recommendation letters from these professors. It is pain but we gotta do what we have to do. Good thing is that people have been very sympathetic and helpful to me. Hang in there. Let's try our best.
BTW, my case hasnt't been updated online yet. And I never received any e-mail regarding my case. So when I got the notice from my lawyer, 4 days have past. Actually I only have 3 weeeks to do all these fun stuff. How about yours?
