剛收到Intent to Deny letter from TSC

NIW 140/485 concurrently filing in Sept. Got a Intent to Deny letter yesterday.
Asked me to provide more conclusive evidence as to why you should be excempt from filing for a labor Certificate within 30 days, otherwise the Service will have no other choice but to deny my petition.

請問Intent to Deny 和RFE有什麽區別嗎？批準的可能性大嗎？著急死了．請大俠們幫忙出出主意，不勝感謝！！！
